Congratulations You found your new home!
Buying a new home is likely the biggest investment you’ll ever make and My Home Inspector Pro will give you a comprehensive Home Inspection report with the details you need to move forward with confidence in your decision. Often the home you’ve chosen may appear perfect for your family, however, it’s critical to hire an experienced Home Inspection professional to uncover any potential defects before closing on your home. We also provide Septic Inspections.
Your and your new home deserves our individual attention.
Other Home Inspection companies have their Home Inspectors rush through their Home and Septic Inspection and are expected to perform three or more homes per day! Rushing an inspection can contribute to missing critical defects. Can you afford to have expensive defects overlooked? We take the time to inspect the critical systems of your home, and are trained and have the experience to identify the defects which could cost you money.
A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view from our Home Inspector of any problems and possible solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make an informed decision. Schedule your Home Septic Inspection.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take usually between three and four hours. Ideally, you will meet with your Home inspector after the consultation, so that you will have an opportunity to discuss your report. An electronic copy of the Home inspection will be provided within 24 hours of the inspection, additional Septic Inspection services are available.
We take our Home inspection reports seriously. Every Home inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the major systems and components in the home. The report includes a clear description of what we’ve found with any problem areas noted, so you can easily identify them. Our Home inspectors also provide a free telephone consultation after your inspection should you not be available to meet at the time of the inspection. Additional Septic Inspections are available.

In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, My Home Inspector Pro is implementing immediately a series of best practices following the guidelines established by the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)
Home inspection saves lives! The professional inspection of your new house is the single most important defense you have to protect yourself and your family from potential hazards the property can have. By nature, a home inspection is a labor intensive “hands-on” service, that is even more important now to clearly define the best practices to protect all parties involved in the inspection process from the spread of COVID-19.
With the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) fast spreading in our communities, we are implementing the following best practices effective immediately to protect clients, homeowners, agents and inspectors:
INSPECTOR ONLY : We kindly ask clients, homeowners, agents to NOT attend the inspection
SOCIAL DISTANCE: In case a homeowner or agent have to stay in the property, a 6ft distance should be observed at all times
PPE: Inspector will use personal protection equipment while indoors, such as masks, shoe cover and gloves in all inspections if requested
“SICK HOUSE”: In case the property is deemed to be in “unsanitary conditions” (sick house), inspection will be rescheduled
INSPECTOR HEALTH: If inspector is not feeling well, inspection will be rescheduled
TELEPHONE CALL: Inspector is available to schedule a telephone call to go through the inspection report with client
