Home inspections can be a lot to process. It’s helpful when you have someone that is willing to take the time and talk with you about your questions. Willing to take your call and always willing to discuss any issues you may have. Very polite and respectful.

Josh (Gress) was great! He walked and talked us through his inspection explaining things that he found. He also sent photos, explanations and recommendations with his findings in his inspection reports. He was professional, thorough and easy to talk to.
Would highly recommend him and his company for your house inspection needs!

Josh did a fantastic job with a home we needed inspected. He was knowledgeable and took his time to evaluate the property. Report was detailed and well explained.

Reasonable price and included photos of all things that warranted further investigation!

I had Dave come out and do a home inspection for me, and this dude was amazing! He was extremely thorough and pointed out everything he found, including things that most inspectors probably would have overlooked.

I was purchasing a brand-new home, and Dave caught several mistakes and minor issues that needed to be addressed. My builder was actually surprised—and even a little offended—because he said he had never had another inspector point out some of the things Dave found. Honestly, that was exactly what I wanted from an inspector.

Dave took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into with the home. I really appreciate how thorough and professional he was.

I would highly recommend Dave to anyone needing a home inspection. If you want someone who is going to actually take the time to look over your home carefully and point out the things that need attention, Dave is your guy. You will not regret hiring him!

Josh was absolutely great to work with. Very kind, informative and thorough. I would definitely hire him to do any future inspections.

Josh Gress was thorough, knowledgeable, communicative, and explanatory. What more would you want. Thank you Josh.

Highly recommended! Very thorough and detailed inspection and report with many photos.

Josh was fantastic to work with. He spent several hours going through the house and was incredibly thorough, but what I appreciated most was how well he explained everything. He didn’t just hand us a long list of problems and leave us to figure out what they meant. He helped us understand what was actually concerning, what was normal maintenance, and what was worth having evaluated further.

We had some specific concerns going into the inspection, particularly about the floors, crawlspace and structure, and Josh took the time to really look into them and talk through what he was seeing with us. He was straightforward without being alarmist, which made a huge difference when making decisions on a home purchase.

He was also very responsive to questions afterward and clearly cared that we understood the house we were buying, not just that he completed an inspection report.

I would absolutely use Josh again and recommend him to anyone needing an inspection.

Very thorough and very professional. He took his time and evaluated eveything carefully. He was very informative and, in my opinion, very honest about his findings. He did a great job at a very reasonable price.
