Home inspections can be a lot to process. It’s helpful when you have someone that is willing to take the time and talk with you about your questions. Willing to take your call and always willing to discuss any issues you may have. Very polite and respectful.

Josh (Gress) was great! He walked and talked us through his inspection explaining things that he found. He also sent photos, explanations and recommendations with his findings in his inspection reports. He was professional, thorough and easy to talk to.
Would highly recommend him and his company for your house inspection needs!

Dave was great and did a thorough analysis of the property. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection. Thanks for helping me make an informed decision.

Very thorough inspection. Great communication.

What an amazing experience! Dave was extremely thorough, lots of pictures and explained each recommendation. Reports came in fast, so we were able to communicate to our lender, Realtor Team and Sellers.
