Septic (OWTS) and Well Inspections

An On-Site Wastewater Treatment System (OWTS), commonly known as a septic system, treats the wastewater on an individual’s property. Septic systems are installed on properties that cannot be served by a wastewater utility. Several Counties including Greene county a septic inspection is required for any real estate transaction. We offer a comprehensive inspection which also includes well inspection and water testing.

Well Inspections and Water Water Testing

Drilled wells penetrate about 100 to 400 feet into the bedrock. To serve as a water supply, a drilled well must intersect bedrock fractures containing ground water.  Let us test your well for pesticides, organic chemicals, and heavy metals before you use it for the first time. It is also a good practice to test private water supplies annually for nitrate and coliform bacteria to detect contamination problems early.
